About the Course:

People with co-occurring disorders who come to the attention of the justice system have often been poorly served by fragmented mental health and substance abuse services in the community. The information contained in this publication outlines some of the major topics concerning adolescent girls with co-occurring disorders in the juvenile justice system. It is meant to generate questions and dialogue that can facilitate further understanding, program development, collaboration, and policy development.
