About the Course:
This course examines data from the NIDA Clinical Trials Network tracking substance use disorder in Hispanics. It reviews 24 studies. It includes: participant demographics, drug use, co-morbidities, substance abuse treatment outcomes, behavioral interventions, pharmacotherapy, and HIV/risky sex behavior outcomes, with one study on HCV.
This course is based on the article, Hispanic participants in the National Institute on Drug Abuse’s Clinical Trials Network-A scoping review of two decades of research created by Brittany H. Eghaneyan, PhD., et al. in 2020.
