About the Course:

This webinar discusses the final decisions made in the modification of Title 42 rule. The additional papers cover frequently asked questions and provide clarification on how Title 42 affects the exchange of information for patients undergoing substance abuse treatment.

Dr. Kimberly Johnson was appointed as the Director of SAMHSA’s Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) in February 2016 and leads the center’s activities to improve access, reduce barriers, and promote high quality, effective substance use disorder treatment and recovery services. She is co-author of a book on the NIATx Model. Dr. Johnson has a master’s degree in counselor education, an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in population health.
