About the Course:

This article examine associations between participating in mind-body activities (i.e., yoga and Pilates) and body dissatisfaction, unhealthy and extreme weight control behaviors, and binge eating in a population-based sample of young adults.

  3. Explain the relationship between participation in Yoga/Pilates and body satisfaction and disordered eating behaviors among young men and women.
