About the Course:
This TIP, Substance Abuse: Administrative Issues in Outpatient Treatment, was written to help administrators work in the changing environment in which outpatient treatment programs operate. The TIP provides basic information about running an outpatient treatment program, including strategic planning, working with a board of directors, and relationships with strategic partners. This course covers Chapter 2.
