Addiction Counselor CE’s distant learning courses are available for continuing education credit for licensed Social Workers/Clinical Social Workers as required by the Illinois Board of Social Workers.
At least 3 of the 30 hours must include content related to the ethical practice of social work and, effective December 1, 2013, at least 3 of the 30 hours must include content related to cultural competence in the practice of social work.
BEGINNING WITH 2021 RENEWAL the required continuing education hours shall include at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training. We do not offer a course that meets this requirement.
Addiction Counselor CE, a service of CE learning Systems, is a Registered Social Work CE sponsor with the Illinois DPT.
