Course Objectives:

  3. Discuss the 12-step recovery plan, and how to deal with difficult emotions as well as how to deal with dual diagnosis.

  4. Analyze the recovering family, acknowledge the difference between lapse and relapse, and cite examples of health and nutrition in recovery.

  5. Explain how one regains enjoyment and pleasure from sober living and true recovery.
