Jo-Ann Lipford Sanders, Ph.D., is assistant professor of counseling at Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio. She is a former chairperson for the ACA ethics committee and is currently on the editorial boards for The Family Journal and the Journal of Counseling and Development.

Carla Bradley, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She serves as professor in the Departments of Counseling, Special Education, and Child Development. She is a member of the editorial board of The Family Journal.
