About the Course:
This course focuses on the results of a comprehensive study of adolescent substance use/abuse conducted in 2005. The study was designed to generate data that provides an accurate picture of adolescent drug use in order to contibute to a greater understanding of the problems at hand and how to deal with them. Numerous legal and illegal substances are included in the survey findings, as are charts and tables providing comparative data from previous years’ surveys.
This course is based on the reading-based online article, Monitoring the Future – National Results on Adolescent Drug Use: Overview of Key Findings 2005 created by Johnston, Lloyd D., Ph.D., et al.
