A Spiritual Path to Healing From Addiction

About the Course:

"Mindful Recovery"

Using both spiritual wisdom and clinical psychology, Mindful Recovery illustrates how to use the simple Eastern philosophy practice of Mindfulness, or conscious awareness of the present moment, and to enjoy life without the need to rely on addictive behaviors to enhance or avoid experiences. Mindful Recovery guides one step by step through ten powerful “doorways” to recovery, giving specific strategies that can help cultivate a sense of calm awareness and balance in life. Filled with stories of personal recovery, practical exercises, and meditation instructions, the course is an excellent resource for those working the field of addiction who wish to discover fresh and effective methods to assist their clients with managing anxiety and resisting cravings.
