Initial Certification
MAAP prefers that certificants obtain education hours via a variety of formats. Thus, technically 269 out of 270 hours can be earned via our distance learning courses. When selecting course from this site please be aware that education hours should be related to alcohol/drug counseling.
Certification Renewal
MAAP prefers that certificants obtain education hours via a variety of formats. Thus, technically 39/40 hours can be earned via our distance learning courses. When selecting course from this site please be aware that education hours should be related to alcohol/drug counseling.
Two hours ethics and two hours HIV/AIDS required for renewal.
Addiction Counselor CE is a service of CE Learning Systems. CE Learning Systems is approved to offer continuing educations courses by NAADAC (#410), and many ICRC certification boards. CE Learning Systems maintains responsibility for the courses.
